But the focus of the article is the satisfying experience of dining on Basque shepard’s cuisine at the Noriega Hotel. A great tip from a great writer about great American immigrant cuisine. While our lucky tenants over at 1612 are a mere 5 minutes away from a savory Basque meal at the Noriega… the rest of us will have to sit here and salivate.
